These terms govern your use of picubed.co and the products we provide (“the Services”) by Pi Cubed, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The service
Pi Cubed designs and builds software, and publishes products of our own. Individual products may have additional terms shown in the product or on its store listing. Those terms apply in addition to these.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services: no reverse engineering to bypass security, no interference with other users or our systems, and no use that violates applicable law.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty U.S. dollars). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
Changes
We may modify these terms or the Services. We will post updated terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.
